This kit allows you to turn a 150l Kwikhot geyser into a biodiesel reactor which is capable of producing 113 liters of biodiesel at a time, the reactor will easily fit into a double garage and leave room for your cars to fit in as well.

Biodiesel can be produced from any vegetable oil including used cooking oil at very little cost and is eco-friendly, reduces emissions and is renewable.

The DIY Processor KIT contains the following:

Manifold parts and Valves for the Geyser/Reactor
1 x Pump 0.5Kw, 30 lpm
20mm tubing
15mm tubing
1 x Reactor Dial Thermometer
1 x Machined Flange with downpipe
1 x Titration Kit for easy titration.
1 x Through Hull Fitting for Oil Infeed Tank
1 x Valve for Oil Infeed Tank
1 x Full step by step instructions on assembling the kit
1 x Full operating manual including Titration instructions and worksheets


You will need to supply :

1 x 150l Quickhot Geyser
1 x 210l Steel or plastic Drum.
A stand for the above (we have a beautiful laser cut, powder coated, flatpacked bolt together stand if you require at R2700) .
Some 20mm copper tubing to vent the processor outside.
Electrical connections.
A scale measuring 3kg at 1g accuracy
You will also need a build a washtank, we can supply a washtank and stand if required.
