This plant is a ready to use unit and has a capacity of 113 litres in a 24 hour period.

Installation is a breeze:

• Place the plant in a position where there is good ventilation (preferably an extractor or vent),
• Run a vent pipe outside the building to a safe area
• Connect the infeed tank to the processor and the processor to the washtank. You will need a screwdriver to do this.
• Plug theprocessor into a 15A mains plug socket. The processor draws about 3.4Kw.
• You need running water (can be a hose pipe) and a drain.
• Follow the step by step instructions and you will soon be producing your own biodiesel.

The package includes :-

• 1 x 150 litre Ceramic Lined Steel Biodiesel Processor with input tank. While plastic processors are a lot cheaper we refuse to use them for safety reasons.
• 1 x220 litre Wash Tank with Pump, filters and fueling nozzle.
• 1 x Lab Kit with a test chemicals.
• 1 x Step by Step detailed instruction manual on how to operate the plant.
• 1 x 3kg digital scale for measuring out catalyst.
• Training in Sunninghill, JHB if required.
  

You can also add a settlement tank if you want to improve the throughput. Adding 1 Settlement tank will double the daily capacity.

200 litre a day Biodiesel Plant

Similar to the 113 litre a day unit, but bigger.

Installation is the same as for the 113 litre unit.

• 1 x 7kg digital scale for measuring out catalyst.

What you DO NOTget is :

• Used oil, I’m afraid you will have to source this yourself.
• Free delivery. We have found that people within driving distance of Johannesburg collect the plant. The small plant will fit on the back of a long wheelbase bakkie. The 200 litre plant will also fit on a bakkie but will need to be stacked. Remote purchasers will need to organize collection. We can arrange shipping to Durban and Cape Town at a cost.
• Unlimited telephone access. We do assist where possible and point you in the right direction. Most of the answers to questions can be found on our discussion forum on the internet.

Our current lead time on the plant is 3-4 weeks. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. We also require a 50% deposit with all orders and your order will only be scheduled for production once the deposit is received..
